Fed: Five unions to take BHP to court

Five unions involved in a dispute over BHP Co Ltd's decision to offer individual contracts
at its iron ore operations in the Pilbara have begun legal action against the company.

The unions are the Australian Workers Union, the Australian Manufacturing Workers
Union, the Communications, Electrical and Plumbing Union, the Construction, Forestry,
Mining and Energy Union and the Transport Workers Union.
